Selena Gomez clapped back at those who body-shamed her in a TikTok livestream and supporters are applauding her stance.
The Only Murders in the Building star, in the video, addressed her change in weight and cleared it’s caused by the medications she’s on while dealing with Lupus.

The 32-year-old singer said “I tend to hold a lot of water weight [when she’s on the meds], and that happens very normally. When I’m off of it, I tend to lose weight,”.
“I just wanted to say and encourage anyone out there who feels any sort of shame for exactly what they’re going through, and nobody knows the real story.”
She then went on to say she is keen on staying healthy in the video that’s being shared on Twitter saying:
“My medications are important, and I believe that they are what helps me.”
